Over the past decade, he's been fortunate to work alongside exceptional leaders across sectors—homebuilding, civic organizations, philanthropic infrastructure—learning to translate between worlds that don't usually talk to each other.

Experience:

• Helped build a $190 million housing preservation fund

• Facilitated a $30 million pooled philanthropic fund

• Worked on partnerships between CRA-qualified bank investments and state funding

• Contributed to delivering 500+ workforce housing units

• Helped rewrite Utah's gas tax structure and co-authored the state's homeless reform studies

How He Works: Michael has learned to work across policy, deals, and legislative processes simultaneously. He's developed fluency in state budgets, banking regulation, development economics, and philanthropic frameworks through years of practice. He's often a quiet resource for policymakers—someone they can call when they need honest feedback on whether something will actually work.

Former Vice President of Strategy at Ivory Homes (National Homebuilder of the Year, 2021). Former Executive Director, Utah Impact Partnership. Currently serving on Utah Economic Council.

Amie brings thoughtful operational expertise to Do Good, developed through years working alongside exceptional leaders in public affairs and economic development. Her experience navigating governmental and institutional landscapes helps ensure that initiatives move forward smoothly.

Kenzie brings positive energy and steady effort to Do Good's work. With a Master's in Strategic Communications, she combines thoughtful strategy with careful execution, helping with everything from media outreach to the daily operations that keep things moving forward.

Operations Support: Beyond communications, Kenzie helps with the operational side of Do Good's work. She combines communication planning with project management and relationship building to support impactful initiatives. Her approach emphasizes collaboration and attention to detail, working to ensure projects meet their goals and serve partners well.

Education: Master's degree in Strategic Communications, providing foundation for her work in message development, media relations, and public information campaigns.
